Relevant Match™ is a self-contained productivity application that takes advantage of “protection in depth,” that is, uses multiple layers and factors of security to protect your information. Relevant Match™ is build using Microsoft’s .NET framework. There are many security controls that are available and used in this operating framework. There are several factors to be aware of when using Relevant Match to give you confidence that your data and personal information is secure.
Relevant Match operates only on Windows™ Operating System (OS) version 10 or higher. Windows is a world-class standard for personal computing. Running Relevant Match exclusively in Windows provide you with all of the security measures that protect your data. These include:

- Cryptography and certificate management
- Windows Security app
- Encryption and data protection

Relevant Match is installed directly on your PC, so you maintain all the security controls provide to you by your system administrator, such as LAN passwords, identify verification, and local administration rights limitations.
Relevant Match is NOT a web application; it NEVER connects to the Internet so there is no possibility of your data leaking from the Application. If you are working in a Government classified environment, after initial installation, Relevant Match operates with no external connections, keeping the digital security perimeter intact.
Internal to the app, the proposal manager is required to create application credentials, and a PIN that is unique to that PC is required to log into the application. For other team members using the same PC, a separate Team PIN is also provided.
There is no IT system that is 100% immune from threats, and you must always take an active part in the protection of your business data. This multi-layered security architecture used by Relevant Match is equal to any business utility application. With it you can be confident that the confidentiality and integrity of your data is protected.

Relevant Software Corporation is a business-to-business enterprise, offering commercial software and related services exclusively to US-based businesses and individuals. We do not conduct any transactions with individuals under the age of 21.
Relevantsoftware.us website is hosted by a well-established webhosting company, IONOS, operated globally with US Headquarters at 2 Logan Square, 100 N 18th St., Philadelphia, PA 19103. IONOS operates our website. We are responsible for the content that you view on that website. The following information may apply to either Relevant Software Corporation or IONOS, or both.

Terms of the License
This software end user license agreement (“EULA”) is a legally binding agreement between you (either an individual or, if purchased or acquired by or for an entity, an entity) and Broadsword Venture LLC, agent for Relevant Software Corporation. This agreement provides a license to use this software under the terms of the purchase order and the details herein. By downloading, installing or using the software you are indicating your assent to the terms of this license. If you do not agree to all of the following terms, do not download or install the software, discontinue its use immediately and destroy all copies in your possession.
1. DEFINITIONS
“Relevant Match™” is the product name.
“Relevant Software” means Relevant Software Corporation, the author, producer and owner of Relevant Match™ software.
“You” means the authorized user of this software under the terms of the purchase agreement, by means of a business, organization, government entity, or individual.
“Software” means the executable code owned and produced by Relevant Software, additional tools, libraries, source files, header files, data files, any updates or error corrections provided by Relevant Software, any user manuals, guides, printed materials, on-line or electronic documentation.
“Activation Code” means a serial number issued to you by Relevant Software to activate and use the Software.
“Licensor” means Relevant Software Corporation and Broadsword Ventures LLC (acting as agent), together and individually.
2. LICENSE GRANTS
Relevant Match™ is the name of the software product owned by Relevant Software Corporation and licensed for you under the terms of this contract. Each license is serial numbered and unique to the terms of the purchase. This license is a purpose-limited, time-limited contract established at the time of purchase. Once the time is expired, this license is no longer valid. Broadsword Ventures may, at its sole discretion and for zero or some consideration, grant a supplemental license for the same purpose of the original license.
For the purpose and time specified in the purchase agreement, Broadsword Ventures grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-renewable license. Licensor may, at its sole discretion, provide limited support through email or discussion forums at the Relevant Software Corporation web site.
This software will install onto one and only one computer using a Windows Operating System 10 or higher. The license will operate only on the computer (laptop or desktop PC) to which it is originally installed. You may uninstall and reinstall the software onto a different computer using a separate activation code. Contact the Relevant Match™ help desk for reinstalling the software. Within the license period, there is no cost to you to reinstall onto a different computer. After the license period, you may need to purchase a supplemental license.
The number of different users of the Relevant Match™ software is unlimited. However, each license is tied to a single computer, so all users much work on the same computer.
3. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS
You agree to undertake any necessary steps to protect the software against unauthorized use.
You may not alter, merge, modify, adapt or translate the Software, or decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the software to a human-perceivable form.
You may not sell, rent, lease, sub license, transfer, resell for profit or otherwise distribute the Software or any part thereof.
You may not modify the Software or create derivative works based upon the Software.
You may not remove or obscure any copyright and trademark notices relating to the Software.
4. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
This Agreement gives you limited rights to use the Relevant Match™ software. Licensor retains all rights, title and interest in and to the Software and all copies thereof, including copyrights, patents, trade secret rights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. All rights not specifically granted in this Agreement, including International Copyrights, are reserved by the Licensor. The structure, organization and code of the Software are valuable trade secrets and confidential information of the Licensor.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Licensor’s cumulative liability to you or any other party for any loss or damages resulting from any claims, demands, or actions arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the license fee paid for use of the software.
Licensors are relieved of any and all obligations for any portions of the software that are revised, changed, or modified by anyone other than the Licensor.
7. PATENT AND COPYRIGHT INDEMNITY
Broadsword Ventures represents and warrants that the Relevant Match™ software does not infringe or misappropriate any copyrights, patents, trade secret rights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights and that it is wholly owned by and developed at the exclusive expense of Relevant Software Corporation.
User agrees that it will not pursue or support any contest of ownership or intellectual property infringement on behalf of any other party, except for any ownership or intellectual property claims exclusively held by the User.
8. LIMITED WARRANTIES
Relevant Match™ has been developed with technology the preserve the integrity from any insertion of any malware. Once downloaded it is your responsibility to protect the software and the host computer with appropriate security measures including, but not limited to anti-virus monitoring software. Relevant Match™ is engineered to be easy to use by multiple people working as a team. Individual log-in’s are NOT required. You must apply the access controls appropriate to your organization and procedures.
While Licensor has made every reasonable attempt to provide error-free, intuitive and easy to use software, Relevant Match™ is provided on an “as is” basis. Licensor makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Without limitation, you assume sole responsibility for selecting the software to achieve your intended results and for the installation, use and results obtained from the software.
Licensor cannot guarantee that the Software will work at all times. If you change your operating system, the software may not work anymore.
Relevant Match™ software is licensed for use only in the United States of America, unless otherwise stated in the purchase agreement. You may not export or create a deemed export by moving the software outside the USA.
Licensor reserves the right at any time to cease the support of the Software and to alter prospectively the prices, features, specifications, capabilities, functions, licensing terms, release dates, general availability or other characteristics of the Software.
9. SEVERABILITY
If any provision hereof shall be held illegal, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it legal, valid and enforceable, and the legality, validity and enforceability of all other provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected.
10 GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and jurisdiction of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Service of process upon either party shall be valid if served by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested and to the most current address provided by such party. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to this Agreement.
11. TERMINATION
Your license to use the Software continues until the expiration date. This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term hereof. No notice shall be required from Licensor to effect such termination. You may also terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying Broadsword Ventures in writing of termination. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software. Your obligation to pay accrued charges and fees shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
12. ASSIGNMENT
Neither this Agreement nor any rights granted hereunder may be sold, leased, assigned, or otherwise transferred, in whole or in part, by you, whether voluntary or by operation of law. Any such attempted assignment shall be void and of no effect. The contract is valid and enforceable between the Licensee and Broadsword Ventures (or its assignees or successors).
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement contains the entire agreement between Broadsword Ventures and you related to the software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
